All prices for digital products are listed in USD.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, once you have completed your purchase, the price will remain as agreed upon at the time of transaction.

All transactions are processed securely. SimplyCrochetCharts does not store your credit card details.

4. DELIVERY OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Upon successful payment, your digital product(s) will be delivered to you via email, e.g., an instant download link on the order confirmation page, an email with a download link sent to your registered email address, access within your user account dashboard.

Please ensure that you provide a valid and active email address during the purchase process.

It is your responsibility to download and save your digital product(s) within a reasonable timeframe after purchase. Download links may expire after a certain period or number of downloads for security reasons.

5. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Due to the nature of digital products, which are instantly delivered and cannot be “returned,” all sales of digital products are generally final and non-refundable.

However, we may offer a refund or exchange in specific circumstances, such as:

If you accidentally purchased the same product multiple times.
